Q. Is there a minimum order level?
No, there is not a minimum order level.
Q. How do I go about ordering something from you?
The starting point is to give some thought to the item(s) you want and then either give me a call or drop me an email and we'll discuss your requirements. I will then be able to send you some examples for you to select the final design before you pay anything.
Q. How long will it take?
Once you have agreed the final design and payment is received, any small volume requests for the gift items or black/white printed t-shirts will be ready and dispatched within 2 working days. Items that require me ordering garments from my supplier will take longer.
Q. How can I get my picture(s) to you?
If you have a computer and can produce a digital image of the picture you want, send it to me via email. If you don't have such a facility then I can accept pictures via the post and will scan and return them to you with the finished item.
Q. The picture has some 'red-eye', can you remove this?
Yes I can. The quality of the picture on the finished item is very dependant on the quality of the picture/photo you send. However, I will be able to do some adjustment to tidy up minor flaws.
Q. How do I pay for my item(s)?
Once I have agreed the final cost (including P&P) you can pay either by sending a cheque/postal order (see Contacts page) or by credit card using the PayPal secure payment system.
If you wish to pay by credit card I will send you an email confirming the invoice details, and this will also contain a link to the PayPal payment location. You can pay using PayPal whether or not you have a PayPal account.
Q. What is your refund and return policy?
The procedure I operate is to get your authorisation on the design before the goods are printed and I do my utmost to ensure they are packaged to avoid damage during transit. If however damage does occur, contact me within 7 working days of receipt and we will discuss/consider whether a refund is applicable.
